Syncing Up Your Kindle With Your Computer Has Never Been Easier

Picture yourself reading from a kindle in your couch with your legs in embrace with each other and you admire the technological advancement of our age but suddenly you realize that you are not reading a book as everybody does but random articles and blogs that you saved from work that you wanted to read later in your free-time. But how effective is it as a read-later device lets find out.

I am an avid article and blog post reader and my work involves me to stare at screen for nearly 10 hours a day so how can i do justice to my work, my reading habit and my eyes?

I found this answer in Amazon Kindle. It has a Retina display with a pixel density of 300 PPI that means it is fair on eyes as well as it offers fair resolution so that text appear sharp. One of the advantages of using kindle over smartphones is that it doesn’t need some self-discipline on your part to ignore constantly nagging voice telling you to check that Facebook notification. Plus it has modest hardware so it doesn’t consume as much battery.

When in office, i use Pocket app to save some interesting article or blog that i come across but wouldn’t necessarily entertain during my work hours and when it comes to reading those articles on leisure time there are lot of apps to sync from that pocket app like Pocket to Kindle or En2 Kindle. So Syncing must be easy right?

But no! it is not because pocket app lets you save and categorize things in it in form of written content, videos and picture and even websites and apps that I can check out later but I haven’t found even a single a Pocket to kindle service that lets you send just written content and not videos and what have you because you can do much with the other things on a Kindle.

So what is the solution to my never ending problem?

The answer comes from Amazon itself in form of desktop web browser plugins. At least that saves lot of call to Amazon kindle customer service. These plugins can be installed in chrome and Firefox web browser. These plugins filters all the videos and images and leaves just the written content to be downloaded onto your kindle. It works remarkable well far better than any third party service. It also creates separate books rather than putting the whole content in a single book.

So sync up your kindle easily and just enjoy the blogs and articles that you so carefully saved.
